BGC Operations provides carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and heavy equipment operation services under one management with a focus on customer service. Our craft personnel provide cost effective solutions and maintain safe working environments. In support of the main UC Berkeley Campus, our goal is to maximize operating efficiencies and revenue generation opportunities.
BGC has five conference rooms that are available for rent to UC departments and Non-UC tenants. Rooms can accommodate from 12 to 95 participants. State of the art technology supports all your presentation needs!
CUSTODIAL and GROUNDS
BGC Operations provides custodial services to over 70 buildings on a daily basis. Custodians also maintain our Conference Centers. . Special services can also be scheduled. Our staff is ready to assist and are solution orientatedThe grounds team maintains 100 acres of land at the BGC site. Grounds maintenance services to BGC include: gardening, irrigation, landscape maintenance and hauling. The grounds crew maintains the aesthetics of our working environment.
