Located just 10–15 minutes from UC Berkeley’s main campus, RFS is easily accessible by car, BART, Amtrak, or ferry.

Take BART to Richmond or El Cerrito Del Norte Station, take Amtrak to Richmond Amtrak Station, or take the ferry to the Richmond Ferry Terminal.

Download the Richmond Moves app (powered by Via) and request a shuttle to Richmond Field Station ($2 fare).
From I-80/580 (Berkeley, Oakland, or San Francisco):

After the Gilman Street exit, stay in the two right lanes to take I-580 toward the Richmond–San Rafael Bridge.

Exit at Bayview (second exit after the freeway splits).

Turn left at the stoplight (toward the Bay), continue straight through the stop sign onto Meade Street.

Turn left on South 47th Street (second left), then immediately right to reach the RFS main gate.
From I-80 (Sacramento):

Exit at Carlson Blvd, turn right, and go through the stop at South 55th Street.

Turn left at the next light (Bayview) and go over the freeway.

Continue straight at the stop sign onto Meade Street, turn left on South 47th Street, then immediately right at the RFS gate.
From I-580 (Marin County):

Exit at Regatta Blvd.

Go straight through the light onto Meade Street, bordering the RFS property.

Turn right on South 47th Street, then immediately right again to stop at the main gate.
