- Testing electrical systems for safety and efficiency
EQUIPMENT OPERATOR - $101 per/hr
- Minor repairs on equipment/vehicles
- Fork lifting deliveries
- Trenching
- Excavating
- Grading
- Hauling
- Pavement sweeping
CARPENTER/LOCKSMITH - $101 per/hr
- Performs rough-in to finish carpentry including, building cabinets and constructing partition walls
- Repairing and/or replacing doors and frames
- Custom woodwork, shipping crate fabrication, minor remodeling
- Small painting and flooring requests
- Installation of auto door operators
- Lock installation and door re-keying
- Manages the key system for all RFS buildings
PLUMBER - $101 per/hr
- New sink installation, faucets, toilets, drinking fountains
- Repairs leaking pipes
- Repairs nonfunctioning plumbing
- Sewer cam services
STATIONARY ENGINEER - $101 per/hr
- Performs routine and long-term preventive maintenance on building HVAC systems
- Trouble-shoots systems, such as heating, cooling, refrigeration, controls vacuum or compressed air systems
CUSTODIAL - $60 per/hr
- Carpet cleaning
- Floor care (waxing and polishing)
- Event set-up
PROJECT MANAGEMENT/ADMIN FEES
- Based on project scope (Non-UC rates 160.5% for all services)
