CRAFTS

RFS Operations provides carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and heavy equipment operation services under one management with a focus on customer service. Our craft personnel provide cost effective solutions and maintain safe working environments. In support of the main UC Berkeley Campus, our goal is to maximize operating efficiencies and revenue generation opportunities.

CONFERENCE ROOMS

RFS has three conference rooms that are available for rent to UC departments and Non-UC affiliates. Rooms can accommodate from 12 to 95 participants.

CUSTODIAL and GROUNDS

RFS Operations provides custodial services on a daily basis. Custodians also maintain our Conference Centers. Special cleaning services can also be scheduled. Our staff is ready to assist and are solution-orientated. The grounds team maintains 100 acres of land at the RFS site. Grounds maintenance services include: gardening, irrigation, landscape maintenance and hauling. The grounds crew maintains the aesthetics of our working environment.
