Conference Room B454 seats up to 90 persons and has AV equipment for your presentations.

CONFERENCE ROOMS

RFS has three conference rooms that are available for rent to UC departments and Non-UC affiliates. Rooms can accommodate from twelve to ninety participants. For additional information please call us, 510-665-3401. Please note: B445 and B454 rate is $225 per/day for UC.

Conference Room Rates: Rates are based on a full-day, no half-day bookings are honored at this time. Special set-up and breakdown fees are $100. A $60 per/day custodial fee is added to each reservation. (Non-UC rate for conf. rooms is 160%).

ONLINE RESERVATIONS

There are a number of conference rooms available at the Richmond Field Station. If you would like to reserve one of our rooms for your next conference, please send a request to Manny Ordonez at mordonez1@berkeley.edu.

Note: If you plan to serve alcoholic beverages please fill out the Alcohol Permit Request and return it to us three weeks prior to the event.

Equipment Rental/Set-up Fees

Audio/visual equipment is available upon request for B478. There are no half-day rates for A/V equipment. The requestor agrees to be responsible for the care and maintenance of the facility and equipment.

Custodial Services Fees

Custodians are at work at 6 a.m., M-F only. The requestor agrees to be responsible for the reasonable care and maintenance of the facility and equipment. In order for a conference room to be reconfigured a drawing will need to be submitted. Special set-ups and breakdowns start at an additional $75.00 fee. Additionally, rooms must be left in their original configuration (Return-to-Original) or a $100 fee will be applied. Regular Custodial fees are $61 per/day.

Cancellations

If your reservation or event changes, please notify us at rfsconf@berkeley.edu two weeks in advance so we can make the room available for other requestors. Please be sure to include requestor’s name, contact information, room requested, and the date and time of the reservation.
